- you keep talking about this 'loving couple'. They are the same couple that let this carry on for 5 years and are now USING the child to being sympathy to their wrong doing, costing the taxpayer $$ to bring the issue to court (the side of the state has to get paid by someone, people)!

- so why don't you take her home??? It's easy to spout off how mean and cruel the world is when you don't plan on picking up the ball and being the one to make change....

- why is this even an issue - the rules of the community are The Rules. It took them 5 years?? Sounds like they got away with a crime right there! The housing market problems are NOT the problem of the community.

- too bad, now get out! The problems of the family are NOT the problems of the retirement community. They should have been out 5 years ago!!
